Serenity at its best for hammamet
I love this hotel for the most part because it’s quiet and not crowded. I love the beautiful landscaping and the peace and quiet. It would better if the sir condition was working, and all the restaurants and all areas of the hotel were open. Also, I wish all the game tables were available. Food was minimal, cold, and bread over cooked. Don’t stay here fir the food. Stay here fir the peace and quiet.

Impressive, clean and friendly hotel
We had a pleasant surprise when we visited the Chich Khan. Very traditional decor with loads of little nooks and cranny to explore and relax. Staff were great and very helpful. Will visit again next year!

Reasonable Hotel
We stayed there on half board basis. The hotel looks great from the outside and has the mediterranean look. The reception area is large and welcoming. The bedroom was reasonably clean. The two rugs on the either side of the bed were tatty and hadn't been washed for sometime. The rooms were serviced everyday. The breakfast and dinner was good. We had good choice of food for breakfast and also dinner. However the hotel operates a bizzare rule and this is only applicable to people who stay there on half board basis and that is that they will not provide any sort of water. We were mistified that on our second day the waiter removed the glasses from our table. On enquiring he said the water is only provided to guests who are on all inclusive. We did not see or read this anywhere. I had never come across where waiters would not only refuse to serve water but also remove the glasses from the table. At the end of our stay at Chich Khan Hotel, I organised a local taxi to take us to Tunis. I am not sure how the hotel found out my arrangements and organised another car to take me to Tunis. I explained to them that I have made my own arrangements for taxi to Tunis and and the public taxi is waiting on the main road. The porters and other staff including the manager insisted that I go with the hotel transport rather than use public taxi. The public taxi driver was very upset and called the local police and in the end we came to Tunis in a public taxi.

Christmas and New Year - brilliant
First impressions are great: exactly what a 4-star hotel should be. Staff are multi-lingual and lots of Europeans stay there. Drinks aren't included in price, but food is amazing - lots of choice with mix of English and traditional Tunisian food. There's an entertainment team, sports facilities, indoor and outdoor pool. New Year's Eve was amazing - 6 course meal with entertainment, great atmosphere and well worth paying slightly extra than the other nights we stayed there. As you go out of the hotel, going left takes you to the Marina, and to the right to Carthageland and some lovely restaurants. We stayed half board but shared a pizza etc for lunch at Pizzeria Ole (very good and cheap restaurant). The only downside was that when the rooms were "cleaned" the bed linen wasn't changed, just put back neatly on the bed. The air conditioning wasn't as good as it should have been (blew hot more than cold) and the water quality (shower) wasn't what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. There's also a shop on-site, a couple of bars, a good nightclub which has entertainment every evening. (NB Algerian male and English female, unmarried, no problems.)

Beautifully decorated ( Arabic style) spacious hotel with lovely pool area. Tasty food, nice rooms and a good indoor pool too. Staff were fine. I would go back.

L'hotel a un énorme potentiel, mais la crise économique a fait des gros dégats et l'hotel ne mérite plus les 4 étoiles. Le seul point positif cet hotel est sa Piscine. Point. Le reste, vaut mieux s"attendre au pire afin de ne pas etre trop déçu.

Une catastrophe! L’hôtel n’a plus d’étoiles du tout déjà. Il devait fermer mais l’Etat a demandé à ce qu’il reste ouvert. Bref. Tout est rationné, aucune boisson sauf de l’eau et c’est limité, ce n’est pas du tout all inclusive, des serveurs donnent les portions limitées également. Des queues pour manger interminables car les cuisiniers prennent leur temps, rien n’est pas à l’avance… bref fuyez

Hôtel à retirer de votre catalogue. Il n’a absolument rien d’un 4 étoiles. Nourriture infecte. Piscine indigne (sale et eau verte). Nous avions un all inclusive ? Rien absolument rien. Pas de bière, pas de sodas par exemple, jus indignes. Chambres sales. Personnels peu courtois. Autres exemples ? Mini golf impraticable. Mais le summum reste l’hygiène et les repas du restaurant. Nourriture infecte et attente interminable devant un « buffet » avec son assiette à la main….J'oubliais les ascenseurs ne fonctionnaient que périodiquement. Vraiment c’est un hôtel exécrable !

I dont stay at this hotel, after check in i made direcly the check out, i never see 4 stars hotel like this, the rooms was dirty, the mold in the rooms everywhere, no food and drinks, the pool was dirty is well. I will never book this hotel again.

Hotel was old and it looks nice at photos, but when you go there, it doesn't look same. Carpet was very dirty, shower was dirty. Cleaning wasn't good. Every morning they take towels at 10, and they bring them back after 13. So if you want to go shower this time, you have to take own towels with you. And if you want take towels pool, you have to take it animations people, and they only work 10-12 and 15-17. And also taking towels was difficult, those times you have to be there. I think i don't choose this hotel again, there is better ones 🙂

Druk overvol en veel lawaai
Overvol en druk hotel vol lawaaimakers. Bij het bufet was het veel te druk...er werd geduuwd en voorgedrongen was veel te weinig personeel voor het aantal gasten. Slechte service en onvriendelijk personeel met uitzondering het restaurant personeel. Keiharde muziek op de binnenplaats zodat als je lekker op je balkon wilde zitten weg geblazen werd door de herrie. Veel dingen stuk op de kamer.

Conoscevo già questo hotel, ma questa volta non mi sono trovato bene. Da il letto che doveva essere matrimoniale invece da una piazza, al freddo in camera e con il riscaldamento che si accendeva ad orari precisi, alla poca cortesia del personale e al costo sostenuto che è stato praticamente del doppio rispetto al reale costo dell'hotel di cui era inclusa la cena, e nel mio prezzo non avevo incluso nemmeno quella. Insomma... Non so se ci ritornerò.

Tous les services et personnels sont nuls ! Surtout dans le restaurant et l'acceuil !! Très pas professionnelles et limite on vous dis ne viens pas nous parler. Le pire c'est le restaurant ! Il faut attendre au moins 15min pour qu'ils ramènent le plat qui se termine! Quantité très petite comparée au nombre de personnes qui mangent. Chambre il manquait la poubelle et ce n'est qu'au 4è jours qu'on nous as ramené une malgré les demandes nombreuses! Téléphone qui marche pas jamais réparé ! Et les serviettes qui une fois enlevées de la chambre ne remettent des nouvelles qu'après des heures ! Attention hotel bien loin de la plage !

J'ai réservé et payé sur hotel.com et l'hotel a pas voulu accepté notre réservation donc a l'arrivé pas de chambre pour nous apres une longue négociation il nous on donné une chambre avec 2 lit pout 4 personnes que nous étions. Et pour mes enfants on nous a donné des matelas au sol aprés de multitude aller retour a la reception. Et le prix que nous avons payé est resté inchangé. Bref le buffet est égal a une cantine trop long a réaprovisionné. On a fini par en avoir ral-le -bol et exigé un remboursement du séjour le soir de notre arrivé. Ce que l'hotel a fait apres de nombreux mots échanger et en levant la voix. Je sais pas ou ils ont eu leur étoiles mais ils les méritent surement pas.
