Amazing Property, staff, spa and chefs.
"Amazing property, staff, spa and restaurants. I have been to many 5 star properties and this one lives up to its 5 star rating. Highly recommend. The best Hammam and massage experience in all of Tunisia. I also had the pleasure of having some of the best meals. My compliments to the staff and chefs on an amazing experience "

"Great break. We spent 8 days all inclusive in this great hotel. Super friendly staff and a location directly on the beach.
Good quality food with variety, although the cocktails were a let down. If cocktails are not the most important part of your holiday then I thoroughly recommend!
Cleaning standards were high in the room and the communal areas.
A hard working animation team produced something different each night.
It was very quiet as the week before the Easter break, but that was exactly what we wanted. An hour from Tunis and nothing much to see locally, so just enjoy the beach and the relatively small pool."
"I chose this property because it was popular and close to my in-laws. Everyone gives it raving reviews, so I booked my reservation months ago.
I was also told by former employees that this place used to be Better and it is now way different from how it used to be before. I’ve had minor issues leading up to the actual day of staying at the hotel but that did not matter because I already made up my mind to stay there however, I did not enjoy my stay for the most part. The rooms are not soundproof, every night I heard a couple being intimate that was annoying. Also, people coughing and using the bathroom.. The phones in the room do not work, nor does the balcony light. TV remote did not work, nor the button to the TV,. Breakfast is repetitive and limited. My room seen better days, I feel it was very dirty in my opinion. For the hotel to be luxury, for me, it did not feel like it. I wanted to ask the front desk can I change my room on the first day that I got there but they seemed unapproachable like you may be bothering them, so me not want to be that person who complains, I just spent my nights sleeping there sometimes and the rest of the time with my in-laws because it is what it is. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to a friend who staying in Hammamet. But again this is just my experience. Maybe somebody else will have a better room that’s more clean and doesn’t it feel cramped and stuffy. I was there for nine nights. "

"This is our second stay at Bel Azur. We’d also previously stayed at its neighbour, Sol Azur. and used all the Bel Azur amenities. So it feels like our third stay.
We keep coming back because we enjoy the staff and the amenities.
We asked for sea views and were assigned room 603 which had direct view overlooking the sea. No impediments… just sun, sand and sea. It was unbelievable to wake up to the sun and sea every morning, and to spend time on our balcony. It is a spacious room, with little bar area - kettle, tea and coffee, and mini fridge. There’s a safe, large wardrobe area, bathroom with a tub (which I utilized for a great hot bath), two joined double beds and a single. We requested, and received, 2 robes to use during our stay. They also were able to provide an ironing board and iron for an hour with a 20dt security deposit. We thank front receptionist, Saber for setting up this room for us. It was really special and we sincerely appreciated it.The room was really well cleaned everyday.
We always eat too much when at Bel Azur because there is so many choices. Chef Mehrez made sure to make our stay extra special with special meals and lunch invites. The steak dinner he made for us was phenomenally mouth watering.
The servers in the dining room really work hard. We like to make special mention of Wajdi Aljaziri and Mohamed Alhajbrahim both of whom would go out of their way for us. Naz, from animation is so friendly! Great lounge bar staff too.
Overall, great stay!! "
