Rooms were clean. Staff was excellent and knowledgeable. Breakfast and all food at the resort was excellent. The outdoor pool was nice but cold. The ocean and private beach was awesome! Plenty of lounge chairs for everyone and servers catered to everyone on the beach for drinks and food. Wonderful experience! We will definitely make this a regular place to visit.
One down fall was the actual key locks on the doors. Not electronic at all. Smart tv in the room was very old and did not get all channels.

I was surprised by a few item.
1- Facilities- bathroom had no fan and was hot.
2 Roaches in bedroom.
3 Amenties- No ice machine. Only a few ice trays in freezer.
4 Amenities- For a 4 day 3 night stay for two people, we received only a 1 oz bottle of bathwash. Coming back to the hotel at night at 1045 pm, we asked the person in the front office for more soap- He said "I don't do that ".
5. Next it states there is a shuttle to the beach, but it is not every day. For instance, there wa a shuttle on Thurs and Friday, but not one on Saturday.
