Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Proprety and amenities are getting a bit outdated, especially in the kitchen. Overall clean but had to wash all the pots, plates and cutleries before use as had food bits stuck in couple of pot lids, etc. It was comfortable enough and family friendly. Not sure about lengthy stays but good for a night or two for sure. Enjoyed the stay overall.

Stayed here are having eye surgery and was just right for what I needed, was close to Hamilton eye clinic and was very quiet while resting after the operation.
