Poorly managed. 1. The hot water was only enough for one shower. 2. The air conditioning was not available due to not yet switch to summer mode and no fan was provided. 3. For four adult stay only three sets of bathing towels and two sets of hand towels were provided in the bathroom. 4. The bathroom was not properly cleanup and made ready for use.

It's a meh hotel, smells like chlorine from the pool when you enter the hotel and in the halls. Wallpaper peeling, toilet seat and shower are stained yellow. The workers are nice but you're certainly just staying here to sleep and move on.

The hotel is old and humid - not a great combination. There was no climate control in our room, turning the fan to high and the temp to cooler had minimal effect and only pumped tepid moist air out. The night seemed to get warmer rather than cooler. There was no hot water in the morning, none at all. The fixtures are all old and damaged, the toilet seats a grizzly yellow, the headboards chipped and broken, the pillows seemingly filled with cotton balls. If you are looking to know what it would be like to stay in the first season of True Detective, this hotel might be for you.

Room was very clean and very quiet hotel. The only issue was the tub plug didn’t work. The front staff was very nice. Overall I’d stay here again

We were told that breakfast is available on weekends, so we booked on weekend. However, there was no prior intimation and upon calling in the morning we were told that breakfast was not available. The issue was noted and the manager was supposed to get back however there was no call back.

This a great hotel and really has everything you need - pool, restaurant, Tim's across the road. It is in walking distance of the Lake so in the summer you can go for a walk along waterfront or enjoy the beach. Their restaurant Bogie's is amazing for bunch as well!

Dated but okay.
The rooms hotel are dated but reasonable. Clean. The temperature in the room was uncomfortable. The AC didn’t work and the room heated up very fast. The only way to cool it down was to turn on the bathroom exhaust fan. The TV was difficult because there was no guide and just a channel list. The staff were friendly and accommodating. This was once a very nice hotel but time had marched on and it is dated. That being said, it was priced accordingly and is positioned close to Niagara Falls and Hamilton. All amenities near by and the water front was a one minute walk away.

Outdated hotel. Heat didn’t work in our room, front desk told us to go find house keeping and ask for more blankets. They can’t fix the cold room problem because it’s an old heating system in the hotel. Housekeeping was very nice and helpful. Lack of detail upon checkout, front desk over charged us for our stay. They were quick to fix the mistake after I brought it to their attention.

The property was nice but dated. Not enough light in the room. The hotel is missing a restaurant that is open daily. There is no coffee or snacks put out for morning or evening. Quiet and clean.
