Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and easy access to nearby cafés, bars, and patios. With excellent public transit just steps away, exploring the city is simple—perfect for couples, friends, or small families seeking comfort and convenience.  
  
The Space:  
This bright, pet-friendly 1-bedroom apartment offers 450 sq. ft of modern, comfortable living space and sleeps up to 4 guests. The Queen-size bedroom and living room sofa bed make it ideal for couples, friends, or small families.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, oven with stovetop, microwave, and plenty of cupboard space. Enjoy meals or coffee at the small dining table for two.  
  
Relax in the living room with the 55” Smart TV, stream your favorites with high-speed Wi-Fi, or unwind after a day exploring the city.  
  
Located in Hamilton’s vibrant James North neighbourhood, you’ll be just steps from cafés, restaurants, and bars. Convenient transit options, nearby highways, and quick access to downtown make getting around easy. Enjoy exclusive use of this cozy and connected apartment for your stay.

The Neighborhood:  
Only minutes away are attractions such as: The Art Gallery of Hamilton, the beautiful and historic Dundurn Castle, Chedoke Falls, Chedoke Civic Golf Course and the Royal Botanical Gardens. There are many scenic walking and hiking trails, as well as the West Harbour waterfront, and breathtaking waterfalls.  
  
Our home is in the heart of downtown Hamilton, a YMCA with a gym and swimming pool, St. Joseph’s hospital and only a 20 minute drive to John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport.  
  
Getting Around:  
Hamilton's buses run regularly just a few metres from the apartment. There is also easy access to the highways and downtown core.  
  
Our apartment is just metres from the Hunter Street GO, with morning service every 20 minutes express to Union Station (downtown Toronto) and back, every 23 minutes to Square One and Toronto International Airport. Evening return service available as well.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.  
  
•Please be inform that the blender is not available for use during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.  
  
There is no on-site parking available. Please contact us if you require parking recommendations.  
  
For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our property and ensures a comfortable experience for our long-term guests.  
  
•The apartment is equipped with centralized heating and a portable air conditioner for cooling. A ceiling fan is also available for additional comfort.  
  
"Noise Awareness  
Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared."  
  
There is ongoing construction activity in the vicinity of our property during the daytime, which may result in some noise disruptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to assure you that we are taking measures to minimize the impact on your stay.  
  
We're happy to deliver:  
\--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for CAD 40 (one-time fee)  
\--> a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee)  
  
•Pets are very welcome at our home. We accept one large dog (40 lbs or more), up to two small dogs (under 40 lbs). Please note that we do not accept cats at this time.  
  
• A pet fee of CAD 49.00 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.  
If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of CAD 15.00 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation  
  
Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.
