Waited 25 min for the first shuttle which was full. Was told 25 min for the second. It didn’t show. Called again and was told another 40 min. Ended up paying $50 for a cab ride after 140 min waiting. The shuttle was the only reason we picked the hotel. I wont book it again. Very unhappy with the service.

We asked for a duvet cover for sanitary purposes because this was the first hotel bed we’ve ever slept in not to have one. The person at the front desk told us to come downstairs and get it ourselves because he claimed he was working alone. Then we go downstairs to find 2 employees at the front desk with neither willing to help. He hands over 4 sets of flat sheets and 3 of them were stained, dirty or had hairs on them. It was disgusting. This has to be the worst service ever!

The staff were friendly and mostly helpful. It would be great if night desk staff could give more help for finding the shuttle pick up point from inside the terminal. When you arrive in the middle of the night, there aren't always airport security around to ask. The hallways of the hotel were especially dirty which seems surprising. Perhaps construction? Vacuum broken? The room was comfortable, and the breakfast adequate. Good value.

It was just about ok for an overnight stay. Shuttle service pick up took well over an hour in freezing conditions after an 14 hour journey and was massively full so pretty uncomfortable and quite indifferent service. Instead of admitting the problem that the driver was overworked as he obviously had so many passengers to pick up we were fobbed off repeatedly. I’d rather have been told the truth. Bluffing does not pass for customer service in my book it’s just smarmy. I will not be using the Quality Inn suites outfits again as on this showing it doesn’t deserve that title. I appreciate it’s what you can expect from something near to the airport but feeling like cattle in transit isn’t what I’d consider a positive welcome to the country.

The staff were very helpful and got us booked in very quickly. The corridor leading to our room was a bit run down and in need of cleaning. There was a slight odor when we got in our room. The bed was comfortable, but was lacking a mattress cover and there was a couple of stains on the mattress. The hairdryer in the room did not work and the desk called for a new one, but it did not arrive before it was time for us to leave. breakfast was quite good, but the sausages were cold.

This property needed help. Old and felt old. The toilet was not working properly and instead of getting a new room, we were very inconvenienced. They worked on the room for over 90 minutes. We had an early flight to catch. The desk staff were awesome

Waited 1.5 hours for shuttle despite several phone calls. response to enquiry was "will be there in half hour" Was not given any other option, should have been instructed to get cab and tab be picked up by hotel. When driver did arrive, he argued with me that we had not been waiting that long!

Pick up service is not friendly he’s always on the phone. He don’t even tell to open the door and waiting for us the back to give the luggage. Pros: Breakfast was decent for a continental, and the lady running it was wonderful. Cons: 1. Rate way too high for what we got 2. Toilet ran all night, and not just a trickle. 3. Shower quickly turned into a bath, very slow drainage and the plug was completely removed from the drain 4. Door across the hall had obviously been recently kicked in, and was behind held together with duct tape (have photo) 5. Stayed two nights, but not consecutively (a Sat night and the following Mon night). Room first night had microwave and fridge. Second night, neither. 6. Bathroom first night filthy. 7. Beds second night not secured, slid around on new laminate flooring 8. Given keys to the wrong room second night at check in, scared some poor woman when we were trying to get into the room

Staff was very nice and helpful but unfortunately the room was not very clean. There was trash (empty bag of chips, soda can and others) under the bed. This gave me a bad impression of the cleanliness of the hotel overall.

Overnight staff were unbelievably rude on my call to hotel the night before arrival. The shower tap didnt work properly. We paid 213 for one night room only worth $50

Quality Inn was wonderful. Not the most up to date place, but the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the shuttles to and from the airport were easy to navagate. Excellent stay and we are very likely to book with them again.

Extremly long wait for airport shuttle. Called hotel advises 30 mins however we waited at rhe terminal for over an hr for a 11 min drive. This happened on our way and on the way back. Hotel fairly clean
