The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions while still being peaceful and quiet. We especially loved spending time relaxing in the space—it truly felt like a home away from home.Communication with the host was excellent throughout. They were responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. They even accommodated an earlier check-in, which was greatly appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. We were very pleased with our weekend stay at this attractive, clean and spacious Niagara villa. The host was organized and responded promptly to all our questions. We also met the property manager who was friendly and discreet. In the kitchen, there was every appliance and cooking tool we could want - pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, and more than enough plates, glasses and mugs for our group of nine adults. The location is close to many hiking areas, wineries and other unique shops. We had a very enjoyable weekend and would happily return to this property. ##### Bob L. We were able to use the pool after the heater was turned up for us and the hot tub was much appreciated as the weather had turned slightly cooler. The kitchen was well stocked with serving plates and utensils and meals were easily prepared both inside and on the barbeque. The house was spacious enough for 8 adults with the 5 bedrooms. (We could have used one more bathroom with so many people but we made do) The communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful when we needed further instructions and this house is a great rental for a large group. ##### Lila H. I wish it was my real house! -Plenty of rooms and space inside, large kitchen with island and wonderful front & back yard. -The master bedroom is huge with a to-die-for bathroom and two walk in closets the size of small bedrooms! -We spent a lot of time poolside and swimming. Pool gets sun all day and was sooooo nice! Kids had fun on the diving board and hot tub. -Loved the beautiful floors throughout. Very quiet - which is important when you have 12 people trying to sleep. -Beds were very comfy. -The dining room and front living room were super pretty but would love to see it as a game room, maybe with a pool table, a big couch and large family dining table for family game night, but we still made it work & had a great time. -Very quiet and peaceful location. -Only 1.5 miles away from Lake Ontario and \~20 mins from Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. -The vineyards and wineries everywhere were very cool. Great roadside fruit market and bakery with insanely good fresh fruit frozen yougurt right around the corner too. -Communication with the owner was prompt when we had questions. ##### Jeanette B. It is close to attractions but in a peaceful location. I walked on the country road in the mornings and felt very safe. The host was responsive and helpful when we did have maintenance issues. It could use a good paint job and some maintenance updates but the host seemed open to hearing about improvements and getting those items corrected. ##### J F.
