Dear Rachel I am sorry to hear of the noise disturbance you experienced during your stay with us. We did not have kids they were University students coming in late from a competition We had 2 different Universities staying with us for a 3 day event.

The front desk attendant wasnt very friendly. Barely spoke to me. I stood there awkwardly while he checked me in. The hallways were full of dirt and mud from ppl tracking it in on their boots. The shower and tub had public hair in it.

I only had $60 on my credit card. It needed $100. I guess I missed it. Manager wouldn’t help me at all. I lost my money for the night. I had to find another place that took me at the Sandman and they were very kind and considerate, and very helpful, my sister is dying of cancer and we just needed a place to stay for the night. All the stress caused her to have a seizure, which put her in the hospital, and she almost died.

My apologies if you missed the two separate indicators on what is required when you book. This is why it is posted before you book and also a direct message after as a reminder. The hotel is never aware of a guests financial status, and we did try your debit card and it would not process a preauthorization on the debit. To ask/insist that any business break rules, especially financial rules. Was extremely unfair of you and puts that person (me the front office manager) in a terrible situation. I suggested you contact your booking partner about a compassionate refund, as you are well aware. The hotel was not paid by you directly.

Fantastic Hotel!
We had a wonderful! A beautiful property, fantastic beds, quiet rooms, very clean, newly renovated and super friendly staff! All ground floor rooms have a secure sliding door that opens to the outside. It made unloading/loading the car so easy! A pet friendly hotel, so our little guy was welcomed with lots of pats from the sweet staff. The breakfast that's included was great! We especially enjoyed the waffle maker. We highly recommended this property. Thank you to all!

It was nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Close to a number of restaurants and a reasonable Uber ride to the arena
