« We were last minute moved to an entirely different location further away from the stadium than we wanted to be. The new reassigned place was nothing like the one we booked. It was not upkept well, the building had elevator issues to a point we had to wait for a while before we could even go up to the room because the stairs were also locked. »

« Host never provided check-in information. So we drove 8 hours to Baltimore and had no place to stay. No response to calls or emails from me or from VRBO. Ultimately VRBO gave me my money back, but we had to drive an hour out of the city to find a place to stay. I would avoid booking this unit unless you are okay with the host ghosting you. Perhaps she had an emergency come up, but if you have a business you still need to get someone to handle it. It’s a bummer because the location was great and...

« The suite was very modern, clean, and had a great view. However, we were told at check in that the air conditioning had issues and was fixed. We placed the AC unit at 67 degress and the unit never got below 79 degress and generally ran at 84 degrees during the day. Again, the unit has great views. However, curtains would have been nice. It was super bright by 7:00 a.m. It was difficult to sleep after 7:00 or 7:30 am due to the lack of curtians. Finally, the dryer did not work properly in the...

« Im 100% sure this was a scam. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to...

« The apartment itself was fine, basic supplies in the kitchen needs upgrading. Fridge filter needs changing. Hot water was out for two days and tried to get apartment renter to deal with it but ended up having to ask building myself. We we told before checking in not to say we were with VRBO but to say we were in executive suite. Not comfortable with lying. Area is very loud, I guess if why ear plugs were supplied. Getting in to build you need fob which sometimes work other times not so much....

"20 minutes marches du port. Beaucoup à visiter à distance de marche. Chambre spacieuse. Stationnement à proximité mais pas inclus dans l’hôtel. Aucun repas à l’hôtel. Chambre désuète. Eau chaude prends 10 minutes avant d’arriver. Aucun crochet pour accrocher les serviettes. Refond les chambres et changement de serviettes aux 7 jours. Devons descendre les serviettes à la réception pour les changer. Stores étaient impossible à ouvrir ou fermer. Les chaînes étaient saisies. "
