Welcome to Die Køje – a lovingly designed, bright holiday apartment located in the beautifully renovated lower ground floor of a charming historic building with high ceilings. On 65 m², the flat offers enough space for up to 5 guests (ideal for 4), making it perfect for families, couples, or business travelers.

It’s situated in a quiet side street in the popular Ottensen district, known for its cafés, restaurants, small shops, and excellent public transport connections. Die Køje is a cozy guest apartment in the bright and carefully renovated lower ground floor of a stylish historic building in Ottensen. Designed for up to 4 guests (max. 5), it offers a beautiful and family-friendly space with a private entrance from the street. A true home for a relaxing vacation or a comfortable business stay.  
  
The apartment has four separate rooms for socializing or privacy and is ideal for couples, families, or small groups who appreciate a warm and well-designed environment. It is lovingly decorated and located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.  
  
Typical of old buildings, the flat has high ceilings, warm oak flooring, and plastered walls that ensure a healthy indoor climate. Beds come with premium bedding and feather duvets made from natural materials.  
  
You access the bright and quiet apartment directly from the street via three steps. From the entrance/dining area, you'll find one bedroom to the left with a double bed (180x200 cm), workspace, and cozy reading nook. The hallway leads to the living room (a walkthrough room) with a sofa bed (140x200 cm). Beyond that is the second bedroom facing the courtyard, also with a double bed (180x200 cm). From the hallway, you also reach the small bathroom with bathtub and the fully equipped kitchen. Strong Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.  
  
The apartment is powered by 100% green electricity.

Eine wirklich wunderschöne, kleine und sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber, die Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend und alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Einzig ein kleiner Fernseher hat mir persönlich gefehlt um am Abend vielleicht noch Nachrichten oder einen Film zu schauen, aber dies ist absolut nicht dem Anbieter anzukreiden, hier hätte ich in der Anzeige sehen können, dass dort kein Fernseher angegeben ist. Fußläufig zur Elbe und ebenso fußläufig ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf zu erreichen. Bushaltestellen in der näheren Umgebung, so dass man überall hin kommt. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation waren schnell und sehr sehr nett. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Alles in allem, würden wir hier jederzeit wieder buchen und können dies nur empfehlen.
