The Executive room was spacious and clean with complimentary soda, juice and water in the fridge. The bed was firm and perfect, but the TV was lacking international (i.e. non-German) stations. The bathroom was modern and functional with nice soap and skin lotion products available, but there were no glasses to drink from - only coffee mugs from the complimentary Nespresso capsule coffee maker. EV charging available at 15 euros (flat rate no matter how much charged) in the underground parking garage. Breakfast buffet is versatile and tasty.

Good clean standard hotel

Good clean standard hotel In the business district so not a lot around the hotel. 5 min walk to Berliner Tor station which has direct metro trains to most tourist areas If you do stay, the short cut through the park to the station is much more convenient than the route shown on google maps

Modern and fresh hotel

Booked this hotel being close to Berliner Tor and the S-Bahn. About 7-8 minute walk from the S-Bahn, I really enjoyed staying here. Modern and fresh, they did a great breakfast and the hotel was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is fairly standard, decent rooms and clean, however, the bathroom constantly had an odor of raw sewage coming through the drains, the staff were not so friendly nor helpful. We came in at checkin time and were told we had to wait to check in until all the people arriving on a tour us were checked in, yet none of the people had disembarked the bus that had just pulled up to the front. The location is very drab. There is a lot of roadworks in the area, making it difficult to get to from the train stop, and there is nothing in the area in terms of restaurants or shops. Not even a supermarket or kiosk. We will not stay here again, better to pay more and be more central

Had a pleasant stay in Hamburg! A convenient 25 minute walk from the HBF and city central. The construction surrounding the hotel made it a bit difficult to walk to initially but we figured it out after one trip.

Friendly staff, had some problems with the TV and got another room. Cleaning service could be better (not only making up the bedsheets but actually replacing the dirty ones), but all in all recommendable for the price! You have a train station nearby and it’s close to the central station and the Jungfernstieg.

Pretty good hotel and dining. Clean room and comfortable beds. Air conditioning was not working for some reason, so room was pretty cold. And bathroom washbasin was clogged and water out flow was slow. Except these issues everything was good. Highly recommended.

It was pretty good, however I think it would be a good idea to have an ice machine for the guests as I have seen in US. This particular location, there are construction going on which makes it a bit annoying. I also would have like to have a coffee machine in the lobby for the guests after the working hour. Overall the hotel is very nice and friendly people at the reception desk and woderful cleaning crew.

The hotel provides easy access to the s-bahn that can take you to the centre of the city and elsewhere. it was clean and comfortable but the carpet was quite badly stained in the room we were in and the furniture scuffed in places. The staff at reception were welcoming and lovely. What we were shocked by was the cost of parking and of breakfast - the former would have been 35 euros per night and breakfast was 25 Euro each!! We were fortunate to find parking on the street but had breakfast the first morning, without first checking the cost; we really did not expect it to be so expensive - whilst the food was 'ok' it was not up to 25 euro standard!! We found a lovely cafe 20 mins away for the following two mornings.

Fresh and clean — but we got a bad room

Content: We booked this room because we needed a place to sleep on our way to southern Germany. We payed around 100 euro for the room and stayed only 12 hours. 1. The room was clean, fresh and modern but our room was just above the smoking-bench and just beside all the elevators. 2. There were a lot of noises during the night. Also there is nothing close to this hotel, no stores and no bars. If you easily are annoyed by noise: ask for a room far from the elevator and above the second floor. 3. The hotel promises free parking but the reception just said “if you find a place it’s free”. We found this a bit odd because all over the street were signs that said that parking was forbidden.
