The Space: The former commercial unit was converted and renovated into a lavish 3 bedroom apartment. Located in the souterrain of a charming city house, there is enough space for up to 10 people on approx. 100 m². The living area offers a large dining area, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into sofa beds, and flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, laundry mashine, stove and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. There is a bathroom with daylight and shower/WC. Explore Hamburg like a Hanseat (that's how the inhabitants of Hamburg are called :-)) and benefit from the size of the apartment and good connections to the city center. Bei dem als "privat" angegebenem Vermieter handelt es sich um eine professionelle Agentur. Soweit ja nicht so schlimm. Am Anreisetag bekommt man ein Video mit der Erläuterung wo der Schlüsseltresor zu finden ist. Leider ist er aber inzwischen woanders ! Nach einem längeren Telefonat haben wir ihn dann gefunden. Im Treppenhaus funktioniert das Licht nicht, naja, es gibt ja Handys. In der Wohnung die nächste Überraschung:\_ Das angepriesene zweite Bad ist kein Bad, sondern nur eine Toilette ! Licht geht darin auch nicht an, nein, es schauen nur zwei Kabel aus der Decke !!! OK, nach dem ersten Frust wollte ich noch ein wenig am Laptop arbeiten. WLAN Passwort leider falsch ! Da kommt auch schon der Aufschrei der Kinder: kein Fernsehempfang ! Funktioniert nur über einen Fire TV Stick. Der braucht natürlich ebenfalls das richtige WLAN-Passwort ! Auch ein anbinden ans Handy funktioniert nicht,da die USB-Stromversorgung für den Stick zu gering ist - Netzteil: Fehlanzeige. Bei einem Anruf bei der Agentur wurde mir, nach der unnötigen Abfrage ob der Router Strom hat (verlangt er sonst ein Passwort ?), ein Rückruf versprochen. Am nächsten Tag waren wir dann schon in der Stadt als eine E-Mail kam das wir den Schlüssel im besagten Schlüsseltresor belassen sollen damit sich jemand das Problem anschauen kann. Super Idee, den Schlüssel hatten wir natürlich bei uns ! Naja, alles in allem eine klassische Touriabzocke ! Bei dem Preis hatten wir absolut mehr erwartet als eine schnellrestaurierte Kellerwohnung ohne passenden Service ! ##### Felix R. Einfacher Check-in. stabiles Wlan. Trotz Kellerwohnung recht hell, jedoch hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass man aus den Fenstern schauen kann. Also lieber Vorhänge die man optional zuziehen kann statt Milchglas. Glastüren an den Schlafzimmern sind sehr unpraktisch, besonders wenn man mit Kindern reist. Die eine Tür hat bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr laut gequietscht, sollte aber leicht zu beheben sein. TV ist schwierig zu bedienen und es gibt keine gute Beschreibung dafür. ##### Nina B.
