Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location

Bei der Ferienwohnung handelt es sich um ungepflegte und ungemütliche Zimmer (überall Spinnweben, zusammengestückelte, billige und alte Möbel, schief hängende Lampen und Vorhänge, falsch herum montierte Schranktüren). Ich habe noch nie so hässliche Deko gesehen. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Außerdem hört man aus den umliegenden Wohnungen alles, d.h. das ganze Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Die Küche ist so dreckig und lieblos zusammengestellt, dass wir keine Lust hatten, dort zu essen. Grundsätzlich haben wir nur dort geschlafen und geduscht, weil die Gemütlichkeit so gering war, dass die Lust fehlte, uns dort aufzuhalten. Wir haben uns (vier Personen) besonders darüber geärgert, dass wir am Abend vor einem Feiertag in der ganzen Wohnung eine einzige Klopapierrolle gefunden haben, die nur noch fünf Blättchen hatte. Das ist vom Vermieter sehr gedankenlos. Auch ansonsten war nichts da, womit man sich willkommen gefühlt hat. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt war in Ordnung (ca. halbe Stunde mit Bus und U-Bahn). Von Geschäften haben wir nichts gesehen. Fazit: Für ein Wochenende mit nur Übernachtung und ohne Ansprüche an Gemütlichkeit und Komfort ist die Wohnung ausreichend.

Die Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen. Es wird verschwiegen, dass ein Schlafraum ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Die Lage in der Karte wird auf der Website unrichtig dargestellt, außerhalb des Kreuzungsbereiches, obwohl direkt in der Straßeneinmündung gelegen, nördlich der Billstedter Hauptstrasse, obwohl südlich und direkt and der vierspurigen Bundesstrasse gelegen.Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig, Mobiliar zum Teil unbrauchbar, Deckenlampe in der Küche fällt immer wieder aus usw.
