The accommodation is in a relaxing, peaceful setting in the countryside and is fully equipped. It is newly renovated and has a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, underfloor heating in the entire apartment as well as tiles and curtains. The accommodation (46 m²) is a granny flat with separate entrance and sunny terrace. It has two bright rooms with an open kitchen. For your walks there is a beautiful park with lakes nearby. There are also good shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is divided into a large living room with an open kitchen and a bedroom. The living area has a sofa bed and a 42 inch flat screen TV with satellite connection. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and a wardrobe. Modernized bathroom with window, shower with rain shower head. There is a washer dryer in the storage room. Idéal pour trois personnes. Très propre et proche du bus qui, 2 stations plus loin nous dépose au métro. En 20mn nous sommes au centre de Hambourg. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et a répondu très vite à nos interrogations. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Geräusche der nahe gelegenen Autobahn lediglich auf der Terrasse wahrnehmbar waren. Im Inneren der Wohnung war davon nichts zu hören, sodass einem erholsamen Aufenthalt nichts im Wege stand.Auch der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Gesamteindruck nochmals abgerundet hat.
