The 33 m² studio apartment is located in the souterrain and offers enough space for four people. The apartment has a bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a cozy living area. Trotzdem ist es wirklich sehr ruhig. Viele Lolkale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Kostenloses Parken in der Nähe (z.B. im Turmweg auf der anderen Seite der Rothenbaumchaussee). Einziger Nachteil sind die Souterrainlage, weshalb wenig Tageslicht in die Wohnung kommt, und kaum Platz im Kleiderschrank, der durch das Bettzeug für die Schlafcouch bereits voll ist. Für zwei Personen trotzdem ziemlich optimal, mit vier Personen und ausgezogener Couch wird es aber eher eng und ungemütlich. Gute Küchenausstattung. ##### Johannes K.
