"This place is best for those traveling by car, as it's nearby the highways. The amenities & room is what you would typically expect from a Route Inn. It was just a little awkward to have the Sento on the, same floor as the reception. 😂 Despite being slightly far from the station, as long as your luggage isn't crazy, you can still walk. Otherwise take a 5 minute taxi of bus. "

"We happened to check in the day of the town's annual parade so the location right at the train station was perfect. Good breakfast in lobby. Family Mart and 7-11 a block away -- these are not the convenience stores of America -- these have good quality snacks. Enough for a quick meal. "

"Excellent location just a block behind the train/bus station. Free buffet breakfast that was actually good and varied each day. Free drinks throughout the rest of the day, including filtered water and hot drink machine. Downstairs common area is relaxing and well maintained. Room was large for Japan. You could comfortably open suitcases and still have room to walk around. Beds are also larger than other hotels. We booked 2 twin beds and they were also similar to a double size. "Great customer service and amazing breakfast! We requested to remove duvet from our room due to my son's allergy beforehand, and they went beyond our expectation by preparing feather-free pillows and blankets for us!! We'll definitely stay again when we visit Hamamatsu."

"Older Hotel, still well maintained. Close to the Shinkensen line, with half the distance via underground. Exit 4C North. Room was comfortable AC/Heater was great, water reassure fantastic and I love the older tubs. "

"Very nice hotel with rooms big enough to western guests. Nice staff and close to the station. Only negative aspect, the walls are thin so you can hear the traffic but it didn't bother our sleep and the whole neighborhood is quiet. I would stay that this hotel again. "
