« We spent 3 nights at Raul’s guesthouse which felt more like a very spacious condo! It is safe with a gated driveway and a backyard that never ends! The fruit trees, the flowers and the landscape are absolutely stunning. Now for interior, there are only positives critiques to be said here. Everything is high end, they provide you with so many things that it is easy to cook your own meals! They have lots of pots and pans, dishes etc… but no condiments. Every inch of this place is taken care of....

« We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was peaceful and a nice getaway but still close enough to Hilo. The view of the ocean every morning as the sun rises is so special. « Spacious and inviting place! Decorated like a real person lives there, so we felt more like welcomed house guests in contrast to staying at a sterile hotel. Kitchen had all the tools we needed. AC worked when needed, water hot, plenty of towels and linens. Great neighborhood location very close to excellent reataurants Temple Bar and Jackie Rey's. »

« We loved staying at this lovely home. We opened the door and it immediately felt like home. Extremely clean and neat located and walkable to downtown and only a few minutes from the airport and major roads for activities. Very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Our host, Simone, was lovely and left a welcome note, coffee and cookies along with other thoughtful touches throughout.It was the perfect place for our family and we enjoyed our stay very much. »

"Environnement bof quartier plutot glauque malgre le centre ville et resto a 500 m. L hotel est plus que vieillot. Peu etre typiquement hawaïen. Les fenetres ne ferment pas. Le parquet est olus qu abîmé. Pas d eau chaude pour se laver. Pas de wifi dans les chambrres. La literie est plutot bonne. Le petit dejeuner simple mais bon et le personnel la dame est tres gentille."

"Accueil très sympathique au Check-In avec une jolie réception. L’espace extérieur est super avec un accès à la piscine (un peu petite). L’hôtel en lui même aurait besoin d’une rénovation, surtout au niveau des chambres et des salles de bain, mais le confort est tout de même là avec une literie de qualité. Attention au ménage, notre réfrigérateur n’était même pas vidé à notre arrivée. De plus, le service « voiturier » est à revoir ! 25$ par nuit et le chauffeur n’a même pas été capable de conduire notre voiture prétextant que notre véhicule était en panne… pas très professionnel. Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, c’était un très bon séjour dans l’ensemble, malgré quelques points à revoir ! "
