« We had a perfect 4 nights over there. The hotel was incredible the team was unbelievable, they helped us a lot (we had a bad luck with the rental car agency) they were here for us! From the lobby to the restaurant they were perfect! We loved the team! This hotel is perfect it’s like a real paradise, you feel like you are the only one at the beach... a paradise. Very good breakfast (japanese and european style). And the japanese restaurant the night is delicious!!! Thanks again Hamahigashima...

« Really old and dirty place. Never stayed in such a terrible place. A typhoon was coming and the reception desk told us that we should stay in our room as nobody would be at the front desk. The day before the typhoon the stairs (open stairs without roof) were like a torrent. We really felt unsafe and left the hotel. The guy at the reception said that he would validate the refund for the remaining of the nights but they didn't. It is now 3 months later and the agency cannot contact anybody who...

« Great location, poor comfort. The hotel has an excellent sea view and is within walking distance of the American Village and two beaches, that’s its main strength. Unfortunately, the rest was disappointing. The triple room isn’t a real one: the third bed is a small, hard sofa with no mattress. Housekeeping is advertised as daily but only done once per 7 nights. You have to ask repeatedly for towels, ice, etc. The balcony is a letdown: the space is mostly taken by the AC unit and an emergency...

« Très bel hôtel en lui même (excellent rapport qualité/prix). En revanche un peu loin de toutes commodités (plages, restaurants) et on s’y sent un peu seul. Les plages à beignade les plus proches sont à environ 20 mins en bus plus marche. Si vous voulez passer votre séjour à contempler le style plutôt très flatteur de votre chambre (mix japonais et européen) alors c’est parfait sinon préférez un hôtel près du village américain (au cas où vous restez à Chatan) »

« Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Dès le départ, l'impression a été mitigée. Le hall d'accueil est vieillissant, les boutiques proposent des articles plutôt bas de gamme, et personne du staff ne parle anglais. La chambre était vieillissante, avec un mobilier datant des années 80, et une forte odeur dans la chambre. La propreté notamment de la salle de bain laissait vraiment à desirer: traces de moisissures, cheveux, exiguïté, plastiques jaunis. Difficile de croire que l'on se trouve...

" Bel hôtel, bien situé, personnel très serviable. L’hôtel manque cependant de services, le bar sur le toit est anecdotique, le service peut être long et la qualité des plats moyenne. Si dans l’énsemble je peux comprendre que facturer la piscine une douzaine d’euros par jour permet de limiter l’accès en raison de la petite taille de celle-ci (et encore, ce n’est que mon hypothèse) je trouve cela parfaitement inadmissible. Sur une semaine, en couple avec un enfant, vous devrez rajouter un budget hebdomadaire de 300 euros supplémentaires si vous voulez vous rafraîchir dans la piscine. Je n’ai jamais vu ça et cela entache notre expérience. "
