No dust at all, not even on bed rail and window frame. Property offers free gym, bikes, basketball, tennis, heated pool, BBQ and firepit. We had so much fun. Not a caravan park, so not crowded, very quiet. Kitchen is well equipped. We cooked everyday. The owners were absolutely lovely and made our stay most enjoyable. We will be definitely going back next year. A lovely distance to stroll into the main strip. It was one of the best units we had on our trip from Sydney to Perth. Very roomy and modern - renovated beautifully. It was warm and cosy. Electric blankets were a nice touch given Hall Gap can get quite chilly in the winter time. We went as a couple, but it would be a fabulous place for families to stay. A pic of them posing was literally taken into consideration when looking for a place. As other reviews stated AC was in living room. Bedroom got hot when doors closed. Bathroom was good. Plenty of beds to choose. Kitchen was welcome though we didny get to use.
