Clean, comfortable and modern inside. Deck a little small, although there is a picnic bench if you want to eat outdoors. BBQ was a bit grubby and it ran out of gas mid-barbecue, so we had to abandon and bring food indoors to cook inside - best to check that aspect beforehand if you like to BBQ. You are expected to take the bins out to the street apparently when it's collection day, though we couldn't find them. ##### David B.
