These include a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker etc.), a large daylight bathroom and a stylish, bright living room including a large sofa bed. In addition, the apartment has a bedroom with wardrobe and work area. Overall, the object is a renovated old building in a quiet location, with nice rooms and a good tenant culture. The accommodation is located on the first floor. Located in the city center or at the Uniring, the apartment offers a perfect access to the city center at the same time located Hinterhauslage and thus far away from street noise and Co. The opera is just 3 minutes away on foot, as is the university and its main campus across the street, also to Moritzburg or the Leopoldina are less than 5 minutes walk. The market square can be reached in under 10 minutes from the apartment. Sheets, towels, tea towels are available.
