« We had an amazing stay at this property! It had everything we could ask for! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. Nathaniel even gave us coffee pods and creamer, toilet paper and hand soap. The fenced in yard was great for our two dogs and Nathaniel thought of everything because he even had dog bowls there in case we forgot ours. We didn’t end up needing them, but it was nice to know that it was there in case we did need it. This was a perfect spot to stay at the top of Seneca Lake...

« Very clean older home lovingly restored. A few quirks (example one step was a few inches longer that was unexpected), a mix of modern and old charm. The location is across from an ice cream/grill - we didn’t try it but did try the bbq place recommended by the host and it was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to see our host provided eggs, bagels, oatmeal, waffles (freezer) and snacks. We selected the main bedroom which had plenty of space. The bathroom had the basics plus other items...

« The property is a lovely lakefront house with upper and lower porches overlooking dock and lake. The mid-Sept weather was gorgeous; kayaked twice and even managed a (chilly) swim in the lake. Having a piano in the living room was special; it was fun trying to remember my piano lessons from 60 years ago. The house is conveniently located just a few minutes from town with several restaurants and Wegman's that offers prepared meals that can be warmed up. The Heron Hill winery is a 20 min scenic...

« This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. « Overall everything was as advertised. The home was clean & well cared for. I would definitely recommend this home as a perfect house on a lake. It has a spacious deck off the living/dining room & a good size dock where my grandchildren enjoyed fishing. There are also 2 kayaks to use. »

"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "
