Private entrance to the unit is in the back yard of our home. Best neighborhood going- West meets North. All within 5 mins or less- Playground and basketball court, cafe, craft beer taproom and pizza, pharmacy, local source grocery, corner store, icecream shop. Lovely sheltered deck in the back yard with bbq available upon request Front yard tree swing and shaded seating area. Air conditioning and plenty of windows in this walk out basement apartment for optimal temperature control. Kitchenette with small fridge microwave and induction cook top. Kitchenette and bathroom are not well appointed (eg. no dishes or shower gel) but we asked for a kettle an Mallory provided us with one.
