Rooms near elevator are about the worst you can get. If sleep is a priority make sure you aren't near them. Being an airport hotel there are people banging suitcases and kids having meltdowns all night.

All staff and room were great unfortunately it was extremely noisy due to partying guests throughout the 4 night stay. Kids were using the hallway as a play area including a barking dog.

The front desk girl spoke so soft that I couldn’t understand her. The fridge in the room didn’t work and there was absolutely no hotel info in the room. No information about local restaurants or any services available

Hi Shawn, we no longer put the information leaflets in rooms since covid it has all gone digital, its all on our Wi-Fi page when you go to use our Wi-Fi.

Got my booking wrong. Clearly I stated 3 people. Pull out couch was not made up. Had to make the bed myself. Wifi instructions were terrible, had trouble linking. Breakfast fruit was all old and bruised. Really not a great experience

This hotel was close to the airport with 24 hr shuttle bus service. The staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows super comfy. I would definitely stay here again

Do not stay here if you are flying out of airport and need to use the airport shuttle service. I was in lobby 2 hours before my flight time, shuttle comes every 30 minutes…but it came at 3:25 am ( full and no room), as it picks up Hampton inn first. Said would be back to get us( lobby full now with people trying to get to airport), came back full again…at 3:55am. So it left us all waiting again- and in middle of nowhere, too far to walk to airport, no taxis anywhere near…. I only made my flight, as a passerby offered myself and two others a ride… Unreal…do not advertise that people can stay with you, and get to airport with your shuttle service, because they clearly can’t depend on that! And they need to depend on that- because there are flights that have to be made! If you stay here- give yourself 3-4 hours to try and catch the shuttle- lol. Ridiculous

The Holiday Inn is a great hotel! Everything was very clean and fresh. The beds are very comfortable, great staff, and yummy hot breakfast included. As we were getting in very late they allowed us a late checkout with no issues. Will definitely stay there again !!

Fantastic staff and all-around great stay! Early morning “grab & go” breakfast was a bit disappointing as offerings included only plain/natural oatmeal, pre-packaged muffins, and nutrigrain bars. It would have been nice to have fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cheese packets, or other options. There’s a refrigerator right beside the dining area that could potentially be used for this purpose.

Not much in the area, the Cannery is a restaurant in the hotel next door. Shuttle is helpful but expect it to be a little later than projected time

Our flight was delayed was supposed to get in at 3am but ended up being closer to 6am. Check out is 11 so we basically only had give or take 5 hours but being up all night we just wanted a place to rest. Went to go check in and the power was out, so we couldn’t. Out of their control I get it, but they wouldn’t do anything for us. They basically said too bad. So we paid for a room that we couldn’t even use and wouldn’t refund or credit on next stay.
