Checked in at 6:00 pm our hall had plates of partially eaten food at a few doors, all still there at 7 am. many of the tables in the lobby restaurant / bar still had empty beer bottles and plates of food from the night before.

The price to stay there is very high. i don’t like how the rate changes depending on the day of the week. Also when i checked in i was not made aware of the extra parking costs involved for long term stays.

This hotel don’t meet my expectations . Upon entering it looked very nice . Got to my room and it was not clean at all. The sheets didn’t look like they was changed or the pillow cases . The toilet didn’t flush unless you held the handle down for a while . Smelled like dogs and dog hair all over the floor . For paying a high price I expected better quality than that. Rooks were very small and the bed and pillows were very soft and uncomfortable

The hotel advertises a airport shuttle every 30 minute 24/7. However it is totally unreliable and the staff say this is a known problem. We bus didn't even come for the 3 am pickup and only a few of the people waiting ro the 3:30 made it on. As it was we had one large suitcase blocking the aisle. False advertising, with significant consequences for the customer if not able to get to the airport in time. Also the parking area around the hotel isnot sufficiently plowed. The staff were fine except they were not truthful or helpful re the shuttle. And the shuttle driver seemed oblivious to everyone. Even drove off leaving our suitcase on the sidewalk.

Check was horrible. Waited for half hour behind a couple. Not sure what the hold up was. It was 530am and I had an infant with me after a flight from Cuba. Once it was my turn I was informed they wrote me down as a cancellation even though I emailed them when I booked to tell them I was arriving in the middle of the night.so she apparently had to start everything over. Her communication with what was happening was horrible. She just stood there looking at her computer. It is an airport hotel.. people arrive at all hours so they shouldn’t be canceling rooms anyhow. Once we finally got in the room it was clean enough but. a very small space with. Dry poor black out blinds that don’t do their job either. Bathtub wouldn’t drain. Beds were comfortable but that’s not enough for us to return.
