Walk to convention center, mall , restaurants , bars, grocery, universities, museums, Lower water street etc This is a historic, quiet & very safe area of Halifax South. The apartment is located in a historic building in a safe part of Halifax South! It’s a one bedroom plus open concept kitchen/living area. This unit does not share walls with other units. Lots of windows on both sides. Very quiet ! Guests are renting the whole apartment and includes all the comforts of home! Access any time of the day using our lock box entry or we could also meet you ! Both myself and my husband are available 24/7\. I teach and my husband works in construction (and a baker/contestant on the Great Canadian Baking Show). We spend summers in Cape Breton! This neighbourhood is a historic and very safe part of Halifax South. 2 min walk to the public gardens. 2 min walk to Spring Garden Road (restaurants, mall, movie theatre, grocery) 5 min walk to Citadel Hill 5 min walk to the public library 15 minute walk to markets and lower water street. 2 min walk to the VG hospital 5 min walk to the IWK 2 minute walk to the liquor store 10 second walk to the cannabis store 5-10 minute walk to Argyle Street 10 15 min walk to most museums, convention center, metro center. The bus stop is a block away. You can also download one of our many taxi Apps. If you’re arriving by train, walk to your unit (only 15 minutes!) inquire. This is an extremely quiet building. Absolutely no partying will be tolerated. Parking is available.
