Good news is we are replacing all the locks within the next month, so we are really looking forward to that! Thank you for leaving your score although you did not stay with us. We are sorry you were not happy with having to pay a damage deposit of 300 upon check-in which is clearly outlined in the policies and also in the automatic response you receive when you book a reservation through a third party site. As you did not want to stay the night, we cancelled your reservation for you.
