Great hotel close to waterfront, restaurants and a

Posted 23-May-2017
Pros: Location, breakfast included, roof top view, rooms were a good size and liked the kitchen in the rooms.
Cons: Sofa beds, new mattress.
Location: Great location, Citial Hill literally at your door step. Shopping, attractions, restaurants, bars everything very close by.
Everything was wonderful, staff, breakfast, location .......only complaint is that we had a suite with a pull out sofa bed. The mattress was horrible, you could feel the springs when you laid down. Our son & his family were also at the hotel and their kids slept on the sofa bed and same thing very uncomfortable. So our suggestion would be maybe to replace existing mattress with new ones.

worst experience of my life with a hotel

Posted 29-Apr-2017
I've travelled all over the globe and never had a bad experience like this one. I stayed at Cambridge suites a couple years ago and it was great, nice one bedroom suites and decor. However this time I was borderline harassed by the hotel security. Woken up at 2am with noise complaints that were clearly directed towards the ball hockey team that booked rooms all on the same floor, which I didn't bother to complain about seeing as it's a HOTEL and people book rooms for events and more than likely won't be completely silent on a weekend night. When discussing the matter with the front desk they couldn't have cared less about my experience as well as had the audacity to put a 90$ charge that was apparently split between my room as well as others for noise complaints on my bill. I'm appalled and will never be staying at Cambridge suites again.
