Not very new, conditions ok but we have our closet door stuck all the time. One room telephone is broken. No ventilation fan for washroom. Breakfast is free, decent. Coffee machine for free coffee in the lobby. Price ob the high side. There are similar hotels much cheaper.

Slide was great. Room was clean. Breakfast bar staff was lovely. Front desk staff and staff member taking care of pool towels didn’t appear to enjoy their jobs or interacting with customers.

Friendly staff and good breakfast included with your stay. Pool and waterslide was also well maintained. Just a few minute's drive from Dartmouth Crossing.

Found the comforter on the bed too hot. Asked for a thinner blanket which they accommodated. Two days later blanket was removed and comforter put back. Had to request it back. Annoying after a late day!

This property is great with kids! We stayed while attending a hockey tournament and they were amazing with the teams!! Kids loved everything about this place which makes for happy parents!

We had a 3 night stay for spring breaks with 2 young kids. The location is perfect for sports, shopping, and kid activities nearby. The hotel was full of kids, which is what I expected during this week. The kids loved the pool and the water slide:) our only complaint was that we had a mouse in our room when we walked in!!! We of course went to the desk and told them about the little critter (the kids were pretty worked up) and all we got was a “sorry about that, would you like another room?” And the critters were seen again and again in the hallways and in other rooms by ourselves and other guests. When I checked out, I mentioned the mouse problem again and they gave us a 1 night free stay for a future visit. Needless to say we won’t be staying again :)

Excellent from check in to check out. Fast friendly service in all areas! The pool, splash area , water slide were incredible! With fresh towels always stocked and quickly replenished so no need to bring your own down from the room! 10/10 best pool area I've ever seen at a hotel! Rooms were beautiful & spotless. Also, the buffet breakfast was PERFECT. Staff are amazing at their jobs, professional and very organized. We will definitely return on our next trip!
