« Clean, had all the amenities we needed and communication with the owner/manager was quick and professional. The only downside is the location- some loitering around and not as safe. When people stayed at the apartment below we could hear them late at night. Not a huge deal, as we were mostly there alone. We’ll definitely come back. »

« Carrie’s place was super clean and neat as a pin! We appreciated the snacks from local places and the restaurant suggestions during our stay. The neighborhood and backyard are very peaceful and picturesque, offering a nice place for our morning coffee. The place is very spacious and really has everything you need for a weekend stay…or longer! We will definitely stay again in the future when visiting Saratoga and the area. »

Waterford is a lovely small upstate NY town. A visit to the impressive Cohoes Falls is just a short car ride away. Peebles State Park is very nearby for a nice easy walk along the Mohawk River.
