One of my friends said, “There’s no place in the world that I’d rather be than right here!” In September, 2025, the beach was clean and the surf was 2-8 feet every day. There are always a few surfers and beach walkers, but we felt like the beach was our own. Every day, you get to wake up and have a perfect view of the Pacific Ocean. The house is clean and perfect for a large family or a group of friends. All the appliances work as well as the air conditioning, internet, and cable TV. (The jetted tub does not work, and there are a few paint dings and minor things that I informed the property manager about.) There are lots of fun things to do, and you’ll see plenty of wild animals. (We saw giant sea turtles, a monk seal, dolphins, and tons of fish. On land, we saw wild pigs at night.) At night, you can capture incredible pictures of the stars. Overall, this is a great property, and I highly recommend it.
