The manager send and pick us up to and from station everyday. Save us a lot of time and energy. Email or call them from the Sounzan station for pick up especially when you arrive after dark, the route down the hill to the hotel is very quiet. It was far (and uphill) from Gora station, if you came with large suitcases and/or after dark, ask the hostel for a ride—the place provides free shuttle to/from Gora or Sounzan station The place was comfortable and clean, but you’ll need to bring your own towel and oral hygiene products for the dorm plan. This hotel is old and far from train, bus station. Every time you want to go to other place, you need to ask the staff to drive you to the train station. This hotel is good for people who want a retreat as it is in a remote area. It is quite and beautiful, surrounded by trees, mountain... There is natutal hotspring with beautiful view with a very small fee (150 yen). The only thing is this hotel is a little old. Great ryokan experience with friendly helpful staff, the food was tasty, the outside private onsen was delightful. It's a bit further outside of the town than expected but they have a shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off.
