The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. "The room was great and I used the private outdoor bath many times a day. The food was beyond amazing for breakfast and dinner. They gave us so much food and it just kept coming and coming. The staff was very friendly and great. Check in and check out was fast. We were happy with the proximity to the train station we had no problem walking with our suitcases. I would stay there again if we ever comeback to Hakone. "
