"Breakfast and dinner was excellent. Staff was really polite and helpful. On site onsen was a bonus. My only criticism would be the room was too hot as it was a central control system for the whole hotel. Note it is an up hill walk to the hotel "
"I expected more Japanese traditional ryokan, but it was not like that. It was more like a typical hotel with Yukata and Spa. Breakfast was great. The dinner option was okay, but as not as good as breakfast. "
