New and modern design room.
Spacious room and toilet.
Friendly staff and able to speak English
The hotel room only provide 2 hangers but can ask for more from the reception counter
Nice breakfast and many varieties.
Hair dryer not so strong wind and you need to purchase detergent when using coin laundry
The washing machine not so clean but still usable.

It was very comfortable and conveniently located. The onsen was a nice treat and all the staff that we dealt with were very helpful. I would certainly stay there if I visit Hakodate again.

Overall good stay, pillow was hard and it was a bit annoying that the window did not really open, but otherwise good
