Check in was not until 3pm so we were able to store our luggage while we roamed around. When we returned to check in, the staff advised us that our luggage was already delivered to our room. This was excellent customer service and we appreciated it. We will definitely stay here again. The living room was spacious and the kitchen most functional. We also liked the washer and dryer at the ground floor. There were three of each but always available when we needed them. The location was great as it was close to the morning seafood market and Hakodate station yet quiet. The balcony has a nice view of mountains afar. But the best part of the stay was the wonderful staff, especially Ms Nakasato who gave us excellent advice on restaurants and travel. Everyone was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.
