Another room on this level features two beds, a hand-basin, and a shower, as well as a separate WC. The upper floor consists of a living room with a dining nook, satellite TV, and a tiled stove, and an exit to the balcony. There is also a room with a double sofa bed and an exit to the balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining nook and an exit to the balcony. On the 2nd upper floor, there is a room with sloping ceilings that has one bed, one double bed, and a separate WC, as well as another room with sloping ceilings featuring two beds and a separate WC. Additionally, there is a bath/shower with a double hand-basin.

The unit offers a range of amenities, including a dishwasher, fireplace (tiled stove), satellite TV, heating available (oil heating), and a television. The maximum capacity of the unit is 12 people, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The floors are made of parquet, providing a cozy and warm atmosphere. #### In Ordnung

Einrichtung und Ausstattung teilweise veraltet und kaputt, Sauberkeit könnte ebenfalls besser sein. Lage zwischen Mayrhofen & Gerlos gut, aber der Skibus kommt leider nur ca. jede Stunde, so dass man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Für eine große Gruppe trotzdem in Ordnung, wir waren 9 Leute.
