Beautifully decorated, newly refurbished (July 2022) 4-bedroom, 4 bathroom home inside the haven that is Calabay Park at Tower Lake - a premium gated community that offers the opportunity for strolls and view of water just outside your front door. Please note. The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25-year-olds or those from the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome! This home away from home features a stunning fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stone counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. The large open floor concept with a stunning high ceilings allows everyone to be together while cooking, watching a movie or dipping in and out of the private pool. Bedrooms Downstairs (Floor 1) Master Suite 1\. ‘Worldly’. Master King Bed Suite – Attached private full bathroom with very lark Walk in Shower with oversize garden tub (room for two!). Sleeps up to 2 adults Upstairs (Floor 2) Master Suite 2\. ‘Waves’. Master King Bed Suite – Attached private full bathroom with shower over bath tub. Queen Suite. ‘Hermes’. Sleeps up to 4 adults. Each bedroom has its own TV. Cable is available in the main living area with smart TVs and high speed wifi available in all other rooms. This home has its own private pool (heating is available as an optional paid extra- see below) covered outdoor sitting space and outside dining space. Fully equipped laundry and high speed wi-fi are also included. Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise. Optional pool heat is available for $40 PLUS tax per day and a minimum of $175 PLUS tax for a minimum period for additional days after this. Heating can be requested for any length of stay with $175 plus tax being the minimum payment (which includes up to 5 days). We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the winter and spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply. A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about the latest grill options. Calabay Park at Tower Lake is the perfect setting for building your family memories – this is your Laughing Place. Noteworthy but not exhaustive: - Entrance to Calabay Park is secured by gate. The community enjoys the benefit of a fishing lake on the community. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is in Davenport, 7 miles south of the I-4 Highway and 15 miles south of the US192 (W Irlo Bronson Highway). The turning for Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is Bates Road, immediately past a Lowes DIY store on the left-hand side of the US27\. The sunsets over the pond were incredible in the morning so if you want to take a walk this is your spot to come and relax. The pool was perfect sized for our family and we enjoyed swimming several times a day. The house is so comfortable with plenty of space and tvs in each room so everyone can watch their own programs/ They have strollers and a car seat to allow you to not have to bring as much if needed when you’re traveling. The house was in a great location related to Disney and legoland l. Very short drive to restaurants as well as town to do shopping or explore. ##### Haley E. We stayed to be safe from Hurricane Milton. They were very accommodating with adding extra days. Only complaint was that we came to the with the trash cans extremely full and they said they would send someone to pick it up. While they communicated with me very fast, the trash didnt get picked up after the storm, thankfully it didn't get tossed around. I will say the carpet was really dirty and the bath outside the bunk room was not very clean. We scrubbed down the shower and the baseboards. It looked newly renovated and nice decor. There were some drawbacks though. They were the following: 1) Water in the master bath had very low pressure from the sinks 2) There were a live lizard in the master closet, I know it’s Florida expect those kind of critters. 3) pool wasn’t clean on arrival but cleaned mid week of stay. 4) Pictures were deceiving, not as spacious as it looked. Overall, the property was good enough for my family. My daughters really enjoyed the bunk beds! I have vacationed in Florida many times and have always rented a house and never had any issues until now. I reserved house on 7/25/24 and on 8/20/24 I was asked to take a picture of myself holding my drivers license and a photo of credit card I have already paid the house with for a background check. Ok that was fine, but you notified me 4 days before I was due in Florida. So what? If I failed your background check you going to tell me 4 days prior I can't have the house? I have stayed in gated communities many times and this process was never asked of me. The rental agreement with all of the rules and regulations to sign was also emailed 4 days before. In the morning we woke up to something beeping every few minutes. Turns out there was 6 smoke detectors thrown in the garbage bin outside with the batteries in. I had to dig through them and remove the batteries. All the garbage bins were filled so it made me responsible for throwing out trash on garbage day that was not even ours. Tiny brown ants crawling on the kitchen counter, inside one drawer and inside the dishwasher. Called to complain and they sent out a professional to spray the property. I was not told anyone was coming out so I was in my car to leave and the guy said he had the house code so I could still leave. No hot water in the master bedroom sinks. Understand it could be a child safety thing but we listed just 2 adults. ##### Karen B.
