Pool Heat Disclaimer: In the event you purchased pool/spa heat and there is an issue where the heater malfunctions you will be refunded the amount you paid for the number of days of the malfunction. Toiletries: All of our homes come with basic starter packs for dish soap, trash bags, paper towels etc. You will need to go to the grocery store during your time at our home to replace these consumable items. The home will be stocked with appropriate levels of bath towels, hand towels, wash clots etc. Due to food allergies the cabinets will be empty so items like spices, salt and pepper etc. will not be on site when you arrive and will need to be brought with you or purchased once you arrive.
