**No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee.** 
  
**Not Pet Friendly Policy: \*\*This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.** 
  
**Pool Policy: The pool heater can be turned on for an additional $30 per day, plus tax. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival.**

#### Excellent Rental for a Group

Great stay with a sports team for a competition! We felt safe even through a hurricane in the area. Small reduction in review as several of the appliances had issues during our stay (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, outlets) as well as a delay in delivery of a grill rented, but property management worked with us fairly quickly to repair/replace items. Overall an excellent location and stay!
