"I did wrote to you about before,you dont read previous notes. I left this accomodotion because of that problems with previous owners.I wrote to you about this as well -you dont read it either. You recommending something what doesnt exist officially,causing a lots of trouble for guests and staff.Guests like me leaving hotel with disappointment. Who is going to recompansate a money i lost? "The hotel needs major updating! The room was clean but had a musty, damp smell. We were on the first floor where the windows opened onto the walkway.There are no screens,which is okay but not on the first floor! The window lock was broken on one of the windows so we asked to have it fixed. The hotel staff looked at us quizically and said don't worry we don't have mosquitoes here. They did repair the window lock right away. We would close the window when we left and the hotel staff would open it...

"When we arrived there they had over booked and did not have a room available for us. Although we booked 1 month in advance. Their general manager was not apologetic. Seemed like they had an event and they gave our rooms to some dignitaries. "
