Navette d’aéroport : pas d’aéroport ou alors Hanoï à 40 kilomètres !? Poste informatique : n’existe pas, la réceptionniste propose celui de la réception !!! Restaurant : pas de petit déjeuner continental et ferme à 09 heures. Une seule clé par chambre. Pas de dépôt de garantie. Au final c'est mieux. Pas de pièce d’identité officielle.
