This space is perfect for groups, business travelers, families or just a weekend getaway. Due to age of home only 1.5 bath is available so plan accordingly. THERE WILL BE A SECURITY HOLD (NOT A DEPOSIT JUST A HOLD) THAT WILL BE RELEASED 3 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT. 2 miles to Hagerstown Premium Outlets. 21 miles to Whitetail Resort. 34 miles to Berkeley Springs State Park. THE SPACE 4 bedroom 1.5 bathroom single family home, 3 large bedrooms on upper level with king beds, 2 twin beds with trundle in the 4th bedroom. Full bath is on upper level and half bath is on first floor. Fully equipped kitchen 65” smart fire TV in living room with basic cable, 43” smart fire TV in 4th bedroom. Fast internet connection Keyless Entry System Washer/Dryer in unit GUEST ACCESS You have access to the whole house except owner's closet and store next door (not yet renovated). Street parking plus more parking behind the house. Door code is available at check in. Fenced yard with seating for enjoyment when weather is nice. Regarding PETS: We strive to provide our guests with a space that is free from animal allergens. We are obligated to allow a genuine service animal however, be aware that the animal CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE at the home at all during your stay, not even caged.
