It stands on an enclosed property where small children can not run out of the garden. There are two lovely covered terraces at each end of the house, so you can enjoy the morning and evening sun from spring to autumn. Both terraces have comfortable garden furniture and loungers for relaxation. The spacious kitchen is open to the living room and is a natural gathering place for the whole family, making for a great vacation even on a rainy day. The large windows provide wonderful natural light. The house is built of high quality materials, there is underfloor heating in all rooms and the house is very energy friendly, including geothermal heating, which keeps consumption costs low.



Nearby there is a large open space, which is also ideal for ball games. In the well-appointed bedrooms are excellent beds, and from the largest bedroom you can directly reach one of the two beautiful bathrooms, both with shower. On a vacation at Flovt you can experience a landscape with green fields and valleys, and fjords that flow into the Little Belt. A very inviting area with child-friendly beaches by the calm waters. In nearby Haderslev, you can stroll through the charming old town in the shadow of the impressive cathedral, or through the Dam Park in the center, and youngsters and active adults can look forward to the Streetdome Haderslev, the largest skate park in Denmark. In Aabenraa, another of the cozy towns in southern Jutland, there are many interesting stores along the long, hilly pedestrian street, and when you're not shopping, you can admire the many special front doors. Further south you can see Gråsten Castle, where the royal family gathers every summer.
