« Everything here is amazing from the view/landscape to their customer service, food, cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, flexibility/customer accommodation, etc. My reservation was for 3 people but I wanted to have some family time with other family members, and they prepared a buffet for a total of 10 people... being able to have great family time and memories without any stress is amazing, and Yasper and his mom make this happen. »

« BEWARE!!!!!! 3 hours before my check-in time, I contacted the host for check-in instructions (it's an apartment, not a hotel with reception). The person told me that the apartment wasn't available but said they will help me find accommodation and urged me to get refund from Expedia as the new place wanted cash. After confirming that I got the refund, she said 'ok so I don't owe you anything, you're on your own finding a room, I'm not going to do it'. Wasted a day of my vacation trying to find a...
