The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station. It is situated just south of Sliema and east of Msida, and is known for its bustling promenade, which runs along the waterfront and offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The neighbourhood of Gzira off the promenade is located just inland from the waterfront, and is known for its quiet residential streets and charming architecture. It is a popular area for tourists to stay in due to its close proximity to the promenade and other popular attractions in the region, such as the National Museum of Fine Arts and the University of Malta. The area is also well-connected by public transportation, with regular bus service to other parts of the island and the nearby cities of Sliema and Valletta. There are also several supermarkets and convenience stores in the neighbourhood, making it easy to stock up on supplies during your stay. Overall, Gzira off the promenade is a charming and convenient neighbourhood to stay in while visiting Malta.
