Great city center hotel

The location I excellent. In the middle of the city and still quiet. The room is well equipped. I enjoyed it, but it was very warm in the room. I turned the fan off but for some reason it stayed very hot in the room. I love the coffee place downstairs.

Centralized location, near to shopping area with food and convenience stores around. Rooms are clean and big. Basic service rendered at counter but I'm not fussed. Everything is quite self-served so if you just need a comfortable stay, you got it.

The hotel staff were really friendly, and the location was perfect—lots to see nearby, and the subway station is just a short walk away, which makes getting around super easy. That said, the hotel had a strong, unpleasant smell. When I walked into the room, there was a mix of a sewage-like odor from the bathroom and an artificial air freshener scent—it was pretty overwhelming. There were also a few small but annoying issues: the conditioner barely came out, the hairdryer cover was broken, the shower mat kept getting caught because the shower door opens outward, and the TV remote had weak batteries, so the TV responded very slowly. All in all, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but with the smell and all these little problems, I probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I think the hotel was as advertised as far as what we expected. However, on certain Saturdays there is much difficulty getting to the parking garage as the street closes down for a festival. This was not told to us during or after booking which was not pleasant.

Arty, jazzy, impeccable service!

I loved my stay at ACC Design Hotel. I came to perform at the Buskers World Games as part of the Chungjang Festival of Recollection, and the location couldn't have been better, it's right in the middle of a vibrant and artistic part of town very close to the Asian Cultural Centre, Art Street, Downtown and many other great places. The best part of my stay was getting to know the staff at bar One Eleven whose hospitality was impeccably fantastic. All the hotel staff were wonderful and friendly, the hotel itself is arty and stylish with beautiful piano music in the lobby gallery and also in the upstairs bar for breakfast and after hours, which creates an intimate jazzy ambience. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially for a vegan like myself, with fresh fruit and veggie dishes and rice every morning. I would definitely stay here again when I next come to Gwangju.

Front desk is not willing to help. I had tow separate but continuous reservations and asked the front desk to let me stay continuously but the front desk insisted that I bring luggage’s out by checkout time (11am) then came back after check in start time (3pm)

スタッフは親切で、光州料理（ユクジョン）の美味しい手ごろな値段の店を地図を作って紹介してくれた。5.18民主化運動記念館や大仁市場にも近い。コンビニも近くにあると教えてもらった。光州空港からタクシーで15分、チェックインの午後3時より早く着いたので、荷物を預けて見学した。光州総合バスターミナルへもタクシーで15分くらい、釜山の総合バスターミナル（3時間半）へ向かった。トイレはウオシュレットで、部屋は広い。
