Indulge in the serenity of the great outdoors with our amenities. Gather around the fire pit under the starry night sky, sharing stories and toasting marshmallows with loved ones. The outdoor entertaining deck is the ideal spot for alfresco dining and cooking the BBQ, where you can prepare delicious meals while being surrounded by nature. For added peace of mind, this home has a fenced backyard, providing a secure space for children and pets to play freely. And when you want to take in the lake views, you'll be delighted by the glimpses you can catch from various vantage points within the property. With walking access to the lake just steps away, you'll have endless opportunities for leisurely strolls along the water's edge. Whether you prefer to swim, fish, kayak or simply soak up the sun, this idyllic location offers something for everyone. At the local boat ramp within walking distance you will also find a BBQ/picnic area to enjoy the surroundings. There is a fully functioning kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. The laundry has both washing machine, dryer and there is an iron and ironing board for guests to use. Both bathrooms have a limited supply of soap, hand soap and toilet paper. All linen is included for your convenience. This well equipped home is suitable for families or couples, sleeping up to 6 adults & 4 children Bed 1 - Queen bed Bed 2 - Queen bed Bed 3 - Double bed Bed 4 - 2x sets of bunks and ensuite (suitable for children) There is a 2 seater Kayak at the property with life jackets provided. The kids will never get bored with the outdoor games that are also supplied! Please note this property is pet yard friendly ONLY, no pets are permitted inside. All pets need to be approved first. Important message for guests organising events. We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The deck and space out the back were a big bonus, as was the kayak. ##### Julia P.
