4 Seasons Apartment is a 60 sq. m. facility consisting of 1 well-equipped kitchen, 1 comfortable living room/lounge space, 1 bathroom + 1 laundry space, 1 bedroom + 1 sleeping space/cot. In addition, the property has a private balcony for breakfast and/or evening relaxation.  
  
The apartment is located in Guspini, a few kilometers from Montevecchio, and is perfect for an unforgettable vacation in the enchanting territories of Monte Linas and the beaches of the Costa Verde, as well as the Maristanis lagoon, particularly popular with birdwatchers.  
  
Additional amenities include: high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, energy-saving lighting, ironing facilities, and toiletries. Free street parking is available and an electric vehicle charging station is a few dozen meters away. Pets are not allowed and smoking and parties are not permitted; guests are asked to avoid noise in the evening hours. More information will be available on site.
